Stretch to Grow!

Welcome back! You'll find many stretching guides here. Follow them daily, and you might have some sucess!

Hamstring Stretch
Hamstring stretch is one those stretches athletes must do. This stretch will pull back and stretch your main muscles and bring tension to your bones. Do the hamstring stretch on each leg for 30 seconds 5 times (switch after the first). Warning: Do not over-pull it. There could be a risk of damaging your muscle. Just pull back to the right spot. If it hurts too much, stop and stretch on the other leg.

Jumping Jacks
Jumping jacks is a great stretch to both your legs and arms. Stretch and jump as high as possible to get the most out of it. Do 50 jumping jacks before starting any other stretch. Jumping jacks will loosen up your limbs and prepare you for stretching. Make sure you do at least 100 a day.

Leg Swings

Leg swings are very important. If you want longer legs, this is a great stretch you can do. Simply get a chair, hold the back, and start swinging one of your legs forward and backward. Simple whips will not do. Try and swing far as you can. If you feel the tension on your leg muscles, this exercise is working.

That is for now. Come back another time, and there will be a new set of exercises. Thanks for reading!
